Revwerks Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Revwerks Wheels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business and how Revwerks operates we currently do NOT offer Returns on any products we sell. Once the item has shipped and left our facility or distributors facility / warehouse the item is considered sold as is and final sale. Automotive wheels can fit multiple different makes, models and years of vehicle. Whether a wheel “fits” or “does not fit” on vehicle is subjective. Revwerks does not guarantee or take any responsibility to ensure a wheel fits on your vehicle unless otherwise stated in writing. Revwerks does NOT offer fitment guarantees or suggestions on vehicles.

Refunds

Refunds on items are subject to whether or not the item has shipped or has not shipped out yet, in the case an item has not shipped out yet and is NOT a custom built item (custom painted, powder coated, custom drilled). Revwerks is happy to issue you a refund, if your item is one of the following items (custom painted, powder coated, custom drilled) you are not eligible for a refund (No exceptions, No returns, No Refunds)

Please Inspect all wheels PRIOR to mounting tires on the rim, once a tire has been mounted the wheel is INELIGIBLE for a return / refund as it is considered a used wheel.

Shipping Information

Revwerks ships all items with full coverage and insurance, all items are shipped with insurance that covers the total value of the item. All items are documented in our shipping facility prior to shipping, all items ship with tracking and mandatory signature require. We cannot bend or make exception to these rules as these rules offer both our customers as well ourselves with seller protection from PayPal.

Shipping Damage 

If you receive a damaged item, Revwerks will cover 100% of the costs to exchange your damage product for a new product provided you follow the appropriate steps to remediate the situation. All alleged damaged items need to be reported to Revwerks within 72 hours of the confirmed delivered date via the tracking number. Please keep all original packaging, boxes and contact our support team at [email protected]. After the 72 hours window Revwerks will NOT be accepting claims for damages on items. In your email to our support team please provide pictures of the damaged incurred /packaging material and or anything that can be of assistance in getting this matter resolved. Revwerks strongly encourages customers to thoroughly inspect all products prior to installing or mounting the product on a vehicle. Once a product has been mounted onto tires and or a vehicle the item is NOT eligible for any type of refund / return as it is considered a used product.

 

Received the Wrong Merchandise?

If we shipped you the wrong merchandise or a different item than you ordered, we (Revwerks) will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product. Time Sensitive: Please contact us 48 hours within receiving the item (Delivery confirmation)

Exceptions

In some cases Revwerks can and or will make an exception to our return policy, In the case Revwerks does authorize and or make an exception to our return policy the refunded amount will be subject to the following terms below.

All items are subject to a 20% processing fee of the original invoiced amount plus the original shipping cost. If the original item qualified for FREE shipping the shipping cost will be set at a flat rate of 100 dollars. The purchaser is responsible for any and all return shipping costs accrued. Items must be received in new condition with original packaging
